Privacy Policy
OpenFlyx
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how OpenFlyx collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, apps and acceleration services. We are a no-log service: we collect the absolute minimum needed to provide and bill the service.
1. What We Don't Log
We do not log connection timestamps, source IP addresses, bandwidth usage per session, DNS queries, or any browsing activity. Our servers run RAM-only and wipe on every reboot.
2. What We Do Collect
To create an account and process payments we collect your email address and (if you choose card payment) basic billing information handled by our payment processor. We never tie this to traffic data, because we don't have traffic data.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to send account, billing and security notifications, and (with consent) product updates. Aggregated, anonymous service health metrics are used to improve routing and infrastructure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information. We will only disclose data when legally compelled — and because we don't keep traffic logs, there is nothing meaningful to disclose about your usage.
5. Data Security
All traffic uses AES-256-GCM. Account data is encrypted at rest. We support hardware-key 2FA for accounts.
6. Your Rights
You can export, correct or permanently delete your account data at any time from your dashboard. For privacy questions or formal requests, contact privacy@openflyx.org.
7. Cookies
Our marketing site uses minimal first-party analytics cookies to measure aggregate page views. The OpenFlyx apps themselves do not use cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes here with an updated date. Material changes are also announced in-app and via email.
