These Terms govern your use of the OpenFlyx website, apps and acceleration services. By creating an account or installing our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OpenFlyx website, downloading our apps or signing in to our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

OpenFlyx provides VPN acceleration services across global servers. We may add, remove or modify servers, protocols and features at any time to maintain quality and security. Service availability is target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpenFlyx for sending spam, distributing malware, attacking other systems, or any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you live. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that endanger the network.

4. Trials & Subscriptions

New users get a 2-hour full-feature free trial with no payment required. Paid plans are billed for the period you select and can be renewed or cancelled at any time — we never force a charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

OpenFlyx is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
